The only entrance to our property is on State Street, the street that borders our property to the north.  In the near future we will be constructing a turn lane and entrance off westbound Commercial Boulevard. 

If arriving via the Commercial Boulevard exit off the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), travel east on Commercial Boulevard to Hiatus Road, the first stoplight.  Turn left onto Hiatus Road and travel .25 mile to the first street, State Street, and turn right. Sign for State Street is on the west side of Hiatus Road.  Travel .2 mile to the entrance sign on your right.

If traveling via city streets from the north, south, or east, turn west onto State Street from Nob Hill Road. State Street is located just north of our sign, approximately .25 mile north of Commercial Boulevard.  Travel 200 feet to the entrance on your left.
