Volunteer Central - Great Day of Service

Saturday, November 18, 2006 is our next Great Day of Service.  On this day we want to make the biggest impact we have ever made in showing God's love, in a tangible way, to the community.  On the Great Day of Service, we will partner with several local benevolent organizations including ARC Broward, the Broward Partnership for the Homeless, 4KIDS of South Florida, the Florida Special Needs Color Guard and many more to provide volunteers to meet their needs.  One of the serving opportunities will be to provide childcare so that others can participate in the Great Day of Service.

Be at the church at 8:15 AM to check-in and fill out the necessary paperwork.  There will be a kickoff meeting at 8:30 AM and then head out to our serving locations, where we will serve from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  Coffee and doughnuts will be provided at the church from 8:00 - 8:30 AM.

The Great Day of Service is for anyone, regardless of whether they are a member or regularly attend Community, so invite your friends to make a difference by joining us for Great Day of Service.
