 Our Discovery Series of classes is designed to assist adults in becoming a vital, growing part of God's family. Each class builds upon the other to assist you in your journey to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Starting Point
This complimentary lunch is for those who have just started attending Community and provides an opportunity for you to get to know other new attenders, the ministry staff and their families. You will be introduced to the ministries we offer and where to find the classes and groups that interest you. This catered, one-hour lunch is offered several times each year. Child care is provided. Next Starting Point Luncheon will take place on Sunday, May 18th from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Register online
101: Discovering Community
In this class we’ll share with you our beliefs, structure, strategy and vision and what is involved in becoming a member of Community. This class is taught several times each year by Scott Eynon, our Senior Pastor. Child care is provided. Baptism Class
During our Baptism Class, Pastor Scott Eynon addresses what the Bible teaches about baptism by immersion and why we practice it at Community.
201: Discovering My Spiritual Growth
This class is designed to encourage spiritual growth in every believer. We will focus on the basic habits every Christian needs to practice in order to grow to spiritual maturity. These habits include time with God’s Word, prayer, worship and fellowship.
301: Discovering My Gifts
Putting the right people…in the right place…for the right reason. This class will help you discover and understand your spiritual gifts in order to use them in a way that you find fulfilling. This class is designed to teach, equip and place growing Christians into meaningful areas of service where they are excited and effective.
401: Discovering My Influence
This class is designed to motivate and equip you to share your faith in a style all your own. God created us all different so we can influence different people with the saving message of Jesus Christ. If you desire to tell your friends and family about your love for Jesus, in a natural way, then Discovering My Influence is for you.
