When you Arrive

From the entrances, follow signs to KIDZ Corner.  You will register your child at the KIDZ Corner.  One of our greeters will walk you to your child(ren)’s classrooms.  You will be given a security label for each child.  You will need this security label to pick-up your child(ren).  If we need you for any reason, we will silently page you using the same code as on the security label.

What to Bring

Please bring a diaper bag for your child with the following items:

1.      2 or 3 disposable diapers.  No cloth diapers, please.

2.      Bottle or cup of milk, formula, juice or water.  Please label your bottles and/or cups.

3.      Pacifier, blanket, or favorite animal, if it comforts your child.  Please know we have plenty of blankets and toys, so we only need it if it would help your child transition.

4.      A complete change of clothes, just in case.

Snacks

Snacks of Cheerios, Animal Crackers, and Vanilla Wafers are provided to those in the Nursery, Crawlers and Toddler Rooms.  If you child has an allergy, please inform the leader at check-in.

Saying Goodbye

The best goodbye is a quick goodbye.  It is age appropriate for little ones to cry.  It doesn’t always happen, but if it does trust that our volunteers will assist your child in getting interested in something else to calm themselves.  We also have the ability to silently page you from service should we be unable to soothe your child.

Teaching

We believe even the littlest baby can learn that Jesus loves them.  We use an interactive teaching approach that includes music, rhymes, puppets, and pictures in our Nursery and Toddler rooms.
