On May 6, your immediate family will be presented to the church family. While I introduce you, pictures of your little one(s) will be seen on the video screen behind you. Pastor Scott Eynon will then speak about the responsibilities and blessings of being a parent. Pastor Scott will then pray for all the families on the stage.
You will NOT have to say anything into a microphone. You will answer with the other parents, “I do” to the questions that Pastor Scott Eynon asks during the dedication.
After the dedication, your child will be presented with a Bible and a certificate.
We are excited you have decided to participate in Baby Dedication. You can pick up invitations for you to invite family and friends. Please note that the invitations are service specific, so we will need you to attend the service you choose on May 6.
Your registration for Baby Dedication is complete when you email 5-8 pictures of your baby and/or family with the following information:
- Baby’s Name (as you would like it on the screen & certificate)
- Baby’s Birth Date (Month, Day & Year)
- Baby’s Gender
- Parents’ Name(s) (As you would like them on the screen & certificate)
- Service you will be attending (9:30 or 11:15)
